An authentic sound along with ease of play. Really, a beautiful classical guitar. I’m quite impressed at her clarity, power and voice with special sensitivity to go with it all. I enjoyed the guitar right away. The best of the Granada School without the extraordinary price tag. The guitar is a 645mm scale length, perfect for those with a finger spread of less than 9″ but more than 8″ pinky tip to thumb tip. She will probably fit you perfectly. This is based on the Hauser school of thought on scale length, which works for many players. The guitar comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Johannes, indicating the year and serial number, along with certain specs. A little about Johannes: Johannes T’Kindt was born near Ghent, Flanders and studied luthiery at the International Lutherie School Antwerp (ILSA). During his studies at ILSA, he worked as an intern-apprentice with Stephen Hill, where he got familiar with the Granada style of guitar making. He moved to Spain in 2017 and established his workshop in Nigüelas, a small village in the Sierra Nevada, close to Granada. His flamenco and classical models are built in the traditional style displaying a modern look. The woods are carefully selected with the craftsmanship brought to a high level. _____________ Media Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended including EQ manipulation, if possible. We record everything flat with just a touch of Reverb to relieve dryness. My goal is to record the guitar as realistically as is possible. I speak in the recordings, my thoughts about the guitar (and possibly other things?). My speaking also serves to give you my first impressions and to also give you a balance of the engineering (or lack thereof) versus the sound of the guitar.
