Responsive, round sounding, colorful, easily played. The armrest is supremely comfortable, taking excess pressure off of your right arm, an excellent choice. Guitar is completely French Polished with traditional shellac. Brand new from Michael. Michael builds his classical guitars out of his workshop in Texas – an incredibly nice and most professional man and builder. The guitar did not fit the original owner as well as he had hoped, resigning himself to putting it back on the market. Never one to throw nonsense or lyrical words out there to describe a guitar, I can say that she does have an articluate and well rounded voice. It actually reminds me more of a traditional guitar in that pretty singing voice. Where one would expect power from a double top, I hear no evidence of this. She projects, sings, but I will repeat, it is more mindful of a traditional voiced classical guitar. I find her quite easy to play, fretting up and down the board, with excellent intonation. Barring is not an issue, as the guitar is well set up. The condition of the guitar is as new. The guitar has barely been played, only bought a mere few months earlier. ___________ Media Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended including EQ manipulation, if possible. We record everything flat with just a touch of Reverb to relieve dryness. My goal is to record the guitar as realistically as is possible. I speak in the recordings, my thoughts about the guitar (and possibly other things?). My speaking also serves to give you my first impressions and to also give you a balance of the engineering (or lack thereof) versus the sound of the guitar. I simply do not have time to engineer much of anything. Thanks. Rich MP3 Audio – Coming Soon! – a wonderful guitar that sounds more natural and traditional to my ears. Highs singing, lows blooming, with a growl in the mids. Lovely. I wish I can play more but the pain is almost unbearable.
